Returns and Exchanges
If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please email us a firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you in the process. Due to the nature of our small business we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. In the event of an exchange we are happy to send your new item without additional shipping cost.
All full priced items may be returned or exchanged if unworn and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We do require proof of purchase. This proof of purchase can be in the form of an order number or confirmation email. Refunds cover the cost of the returned item and do not cover shipping fees. Used merchandised cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale or promotional items.
In order to extend the best possible discount, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review all product information and select your items with care before making your purchase. Please be aware that all sale items are final and no pricing adjustments will be granted on previously purchased items.
We do not offer repairs on jewelry that has been worn. Please note that amber jewelry is made with a delicate tree resin and that care should be taken whenever the jewelry is taken on or off. Over tightening of the jewelry may cause that clasp to crack; please twist close gently and remember to treat your amber jewelry gently so that it may be preserved + enjoyed for many years! The clasp WILL come loose from the cord if and when the Safety Mechanism is triggered due to pulling or tugging on the necklace; this is not a considered to be a defect, when in fact the jewelry is performing, exactly as it should.
What happens if my jewelry breaks?
Broken Clasp? Oh, no! It’s time to turn it into something new! Since our jewelry is designed to snap under pressure (as a safety precaution) and is handmade with delicate amber beads, we strongly encourage you to take extra care when wearing our natural and healing jewelry.
Each piece is carefully curated for each member of your family and the amber beads can be treasured for a lifetime. If you find that the clasp of your jewelry has cracked due to over tightening or from too much pressure being applied to the jewelry itself (which will cause the safety mechanism to be triggered) we would like to remind you that the amber beads are still able to be reused and should be remade into something new! You can restring the beads onto any type of beading cord that you would like, from stretchy to plain cotton, taking the jewelry apart and remaking it into something you can wear again! A truly unique and beautiful thing......
We do not accept worn jewelry for any reason, these pieces will be discarded upon receiving, for sanitation purposes. Please keep your beads, they are wonderful to repurpose, however you may choose!

If you wish to exchange one piece for another, please send it back to us at the address below and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please include a note with your request(s) along with the order# so that we know who it belongs to and then email us the tracking number once the item has shipped; it is important to add tracking details so the package does not go missing in the mail:

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18668066271 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other CanyonLeaf mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
