Returns and Exchanges

Each piece from CanyonLeaf is handmade, carefully inspected, and packaged with love before it ships.  

If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please email us a customerservice@canyonleaf.com so we can assist you in the process.  Due to the nature of our small business we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.  In the event of an exchange we are happy to send your new item without additional shipping cost.

All full priced items may be returned or exchanged if unworn and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.  We do require proof of purchase. This proof of purchase can be in the form of an order number or confirmation email.  Refunds cover the cost of the returned item and do not cover shipping fees.  Used merchandised cannot be returned or refunded. We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale or promotional items. 

In order to extend the best possible discount, all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.  Please review all product information and select your items with care before making your purchase. Please be aware that all sale items are final and no pricing adjustments will be granted on previously purchased items. 

We do not offer repairs on jewelry that has ben worn.  Please note that amber jewelry is made with a delicate tree resin and that care should be taken whenever the jewelry is taken on or off.  Over tightening of the jewelry may cause that clasp to crack; please twist close gently and remember to treat your amber jewelry gently so that it may be preserved + enjoyed for many years!

If you wish to exchange one piece for another, please send it back to us at the address below and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please include a note with your request(s) along with the order# so that we know who it belongs to and then email us the tracking number once the item has shipped; it is important to add tracking details so the package does not go missing in the mail:

Shipping


Orders will ship via USPS; all orders typically ship within two business days, with the exception of Special Sale orders, which could take up to 5-7 business days to process.
 
You can always email us should you need to additional details or use the tracking number you received at checkout to track the orders on USPS.com
Once an order is picked up by the carrier we are no longer in control of transit times. At this time we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

 

Commitment

All jewelry has been made using the highest quality materials, however children should always be supervised while wearing jewelry. Extra special care must be taken with children under the age of three as all jewelry has small components which can cause a choking hazard. We recommend that all jewelry be removed prior to sleeping, and other occasions where the child may be left alone. We (CanyonLeaf) assumes no responsibility if any harm should come to the child due to misuse of the product or products. Use of CanyonLeaf jewelry is at your own risk. CanyonLeaf or any other parties involved in creating, producing, manufacturing or distributing found or linked with this site shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or otherwise damages arising out of access or use of this site and its products.

By subscribing to CanyonLeaf text notifications, you agree to receive automated marketing text messages from us about our products and services at the phone number you provided when you subscribed, and that the messages may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Message frequency is recurring. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to opt-out and HELP for customer support. You may receive an additional text message confirming your decision to opt-out.  You understand and agree that attempting to opt-out by any means other than texting the opt-out commands above is not a reasonable means of opting out.


Mobile Terms of Service

The CanyonLeaf mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by CanyonLeaf (“CanyonLeaf”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to CanyonLeaf’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of CanyonLeaf through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with CanyonLeaf. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18668066271 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other CanyonLeaf mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
